About Connie

Originally from Marshall, Illinois, Connie is a longtime resident of the Wabash Valley with deep ties to the local community. She earned her nursing degree from Indiana State University and, after retiring from nursing, turned her passion for helping others toward a career in real estate.

Combining her real estate license with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Connie and fellow real estate broker Cathy Desrocher founded Terre Haute Land Company LLC, specializing in home restoration, renovation, and property management. Today, Connie and Cathy work together as a team with NextHome Real Estate Connections, serving buyers, sellers, and property owners throughout Terre Haute and the Wabash Valley.

Connie’s experience gives her a keen eye for detail, a clear understanding of a property’s potential, and valuable knowledge of renovations and home values. She guides clients through each transaction with clear communication, dependable service, and careful attention to their individual goals. Connie also connects clients with trusted local lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other professionals to help create a smooth and rewarding real estate experience.

Connie is married to Dr. Jim Turner, and they have four children: Jared, Kyle, Tyler, and Katie. She remains committed to giving back and supporting organizations that make a positive difference in the community she is proud to call home.
